At Mahamaya Stationery, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day cancellation and refund policy under the following terms:

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund

• You may request a refund within 1–3 days from the date of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds will be processed the same day after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
