How to Fill the UP Police Assistant Operator OTR Online Form 2025
Each applicant must register using a unique email ID and unique mobile number, which cannot be changed later.
Registration can be completed using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
Only the details mentioned in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for OTR.
The applicant’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth must exactly match the High School certificate.
If details cannot be fetched from DigiLocker, applicants may enter them manually.
