How to Fill UP Police Home Guards OTR Online Form 2025
Each applicant must register using a unique Email ID and Mobile Number (cannot be changed later).
Registration can be completed using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN Card, or Passport.
Only details mentioned in the Matriculation / High School certificate will be considered valid.
Applicant’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth must exactly match the High School certificate.
If details are not fetched automatically via DigiLocker, applicants may enter them manually.
