How to Fill: UP Police Home Guards Online Form 2025

1. Each applicant must register with a unique Email ID and unique Mobile Number (unchangeable during the entire selection process).

2. Registration can be completed using any of the following:

   • Aadhaar

   • DigiLocker

   • Driving License

   • PAN

   • Passport

3. Only the details mentioned in the Matriculation / High School Certificate will be considered valid.

4. Candidate’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth must match exactly with the High School document.

5. If DigiLocker details cannot be fetched, applicants may enter information manually.

6. Applicants must read the full UP Police Home Guards 2025 Notification before applying.
